Shipping policy

Domestic UK Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible using our delivery partner, DPD.

Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 1:00 pm on a weekday (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched for Next Working Day delivery.

Late Orders: Any orders placed after 1:00 pm, or over the weekend/bank holidays, will be dispatched on the following working day.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information directly from DPD via SMS and/or email.

Pre-order Items

Some of our products are available on a pre-order basis.

Dispatch Date: These items will be dispatched on or after the date displayed in the product title and description.

Estimates: Please note that all shipping dates for pre-orders are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Click & Collect

If you have selected Click & Collect, your items will typically be available for pickup from our store on the next working day.

Pre-order Collection: Just like our delivery policy, pre-order items for collection will only be available on or after the date listed on the product page.


International Shipping

For our customers outside of the UK, we use DHL for a fast and reliable service.

Delivery Timeframes: International orders are usually delivered within 4 working days, though some shipments may take up to 7 days depending on the destination.

Tracking: You will receive full tracking details from DHL via SMS and/or email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.


Important Information

Safe Place Deliveries: Lost Soles cannot be held responsible for any parcels that go missing or are stolen if a customer provides instructions to the courier to leave the package in a "safe place."
